The Tigers' Winter Conditioning program is tailor-made for baseball players aiming to enhance their performance during the off-season. For this December, we're introducing brand new training modules specifically for the 2024 season, aiming to challenge both new and veteran players. This year, we're taking our workouts to the next level by incorporating innovative mobility training techniques and offering some optional self-guided outdoor exercises to complement your weekly routine. We're eager to propel you into the peak of your performance for the upcoming season!
This comprehensive training program spans over 9 weeks in-person, with a scheduled one-week hiatus during the series to accommodate the holiday season, ensuring participants have a well-rounded and adaptable training experience tailored to the demands of baseball.
